Here you will find a list of flowers divided into
available colors. Each flower listed comes in one shade or a variety of
shades of the specified color. There are many varieties of flowers that are
available year-round. The flowers that are only available seasonally are
listed in “The Season of Flowers” section.
There are various types of wedding flower bouquets, but
most can be broken down into three categories: Cascade, Hand-Tied Clutch,
and Nosegay.
The Cascade: This style of bouquet has a more
traditional and formally presences. It is designed in a bouquet holder with
flowers cascading down from the main bouquet.
The Hand-Tied Clutch: The most popular choice for
today’s modern bride. The flowers are gathered in a tight dome and tied with
ribbon. There are many options available for the stems. They can be
completely wrapped with ribbon and accented with a row of pearls. The stems
can be exposed with a simple band of ribbon at the top. The ribbon can be
braided or a rhinestone or pearl band can be used to secure the bouquet.
(Note: A Clutch style bouquet can also be designed in a bouquet holder.)
The Nosegay: This bouquet has the round shape of the
Hand-Tied Clutch, but it is designed in a bouquet holder with all the
flowers facing outward, rather than upward in a Hand-Tied Clutch.
